Cloprostenol
This product is colorless and clear liquid.
Hormone. It has powerful luteolytic effect, can quickly cause luteolysis, and inhibit the secretion of progesterone; also has an excitatory effect on the uterine smooth muscle, which can cause contraction of the uterine smooth muscle, cervix relaxation. For animals with normal estrus, estrus usually occurs within 2~5 days after treatment. In pregnant cows that are 10~150 days gestation usually miscarry 2~3 days after the injection of the drug.
Hormone drugs. It has a luteolytic effect and is used to control simultaneous estrus in cows and induce labor in pregnant sows.
Intramuscular injection: cattle 3~6 ml; Pig 1.5ml. Intrauterine injection: cattle 1.5~3 ml.
（1）Contraindicated in pregnant animals.
（2）Since the drugs can induce abortion and acute bronchospasm, pregnant women and people with asthma and other respiratory diseases should exercise extreme caution when handling the drug and should not come into contact with it.
（3）Cloprostenol is easily absorbed through the skin, and should be washed with soap and water immediately after contact.
（4）It should not be used together with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
When this product is applied after 5 months of pregnancy, the risk of dystocia in animals will increase and the efficacy will decrease.
