This product is white freeze-dried block or powder.
Hormones. This product is polypeptide hormone. It can promote the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) from adenohypophysis of animals. It also has the effects of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone.
It is used to treat delayed ovulation, ovarian stasis, persistent corpus luteum, ovarian cyst and early pregnancy diagnosis in dairy cows. It is also used to induce ovulation in fish.
Diluted with water for injection or saline and used immediately. When used in fish for oxytocin, the male dose was half that of the female.
Intraperitoneal injection: One dose, 5μg of grass carp per 1 kg of body weight. Two dose, 5μg for silver carp and bighead per 1 kg body weight, 1μg for the first injection, and the remaining amount was injected 12 hours later. For the three doses, the first injection was given about 15 days earlier at 1~2.5μg per fish, the second injection was given 2.5μg per 1 kg body weight, and 20 hours later, the third injection was given at 5μg per 1 kg body weight and 1 to 2μg in the pituitary gland of the fish.
Intramuscular injection: one dose, cows with delayed ovulation, artificial insemination at the same time intramuscular injection of 12.5~25μg of this product; Cow with ovary static, 25μg once a day, can be used 1~3 times, the total dose does not exceed 75μg; Cows with persistent corpus luteum or ovarian cysts, 25μg, once a day, can be used 1~4 times, the total dose does not exceed 100μg; Used for diagnosis of early pregnancy, the cow 12.5~25μg, 5~8 days after mating injection time, 35 days without repeated estrus convicted for pregnancy; Pig, 25μg; sheep and goat, 10μg.
Excessive doses may lead to the failure of spawn, the decrease in the maturity rate of the parent fish, and the blindness of the fish using this product.
(1) Generally no other hormones can be used after the use of this product.
(2) Induction is ineffective in fish with incomplete gonadal development.
(3) Do not reduce the dosage and use it multiple times without permission, so as to avoid adverse reactions such as immune tolerance, gonadal atrophy and degradation, and reduce the effect.
