This product is white freeze-dried lump or powder.
Hormones. This product is a synthetic polypeptide hormone, which is the analogue of luteinizing hormone releasing hormone released from the hypothalamus, and has both luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone effects. It can promote the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) from the adenohypophysis of animal, and significantly increase the concentration of LH in plasma (slightly increase the concentration of FSH) to promote the maturation of ovarian follicles and ovulation. It not only causes the immediate release of hormones synthesized by the pituitary gland, but also stimulate hormone synthesis. In male animals, it can promote spermatogenesis.
Hormone. It is used to treat delayed ovulation, ovarian stasis, persistent corpus luteum, ovarian cyst and early pregnancy diagnosis in dairy cows. It is also used to induce ovulation in fish.
Diluted with water for injection or saline and used immediately. Intramuscular injection: cow, one dose, 25μg; Intraperitoneal injection: per fish grass carp, 2~5μg/dose; Silver carp and bighead carp 3~5μg/dose.
（1）Generally no other hormones can be used after the use of this product.
（2）Induction is ineffective in fish with incomplete gonadal development.
（3）Do not reduce the dosage and use it multiple times without permission, so as to avoid adverse reactions such as immune tolerance, gonadal atrophy and degradation, and reduce the effect.
Excessive doses may lead to the failure of spawn, the decrease in the maturity rate of the parent fish, and the blindness of the fish using this product.
