Testosterone Propionate
This product is a colorless to pale yellow clear oily liquid.
The pharmacological action of testosterone propionate is the same as that of natural testosterone, which can promote the development and maturity of male reproductive organs and secondary sexual characteristics. Arouses sexual desire and excitement; it also counteracts the effects of estrogen and inhibits female estrus. Testosterone also has an assimilative effect, promoting protein synthesis, causing nitrogen, sodium, potassium, phosphorus retention, and reducing calcium excretion. Stimulates erythropoiesis by stimulating erythropoietic stimulating factors. Large doses of testosterone inhibit luteinizing hormone through negative feedback mechanism, thus inhibiting spermatogenesis.
Sex hormone. Used as an adjuvant therapy for androgen deficiency.
Intramuscular and subcutaneous injection: one single dose, 0.01~0.02 ml/kg per breeding stock.

Hard lumps, pain, infection, and urticaria may occur at the injection site.
