Pharmacodynamics. Sex hormones. PMSG has the dual effects of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH), which can stimulate the growth and maturation of follicles during estrus and ovulation. hCG has the effect of promoting luteinization and can induce ovulation.
Pharmacokinetic. PMSG and hCG were absorbed rapidly after intramuscular injection of pigs and both reached their peak plasma concentrations within 8 hours. The bioavailability of intramuscular injection is high. Elimination half-life time: PMSG (36 hours), hCG (27 hours).
Induce and control oestrus synchronization of sows.
Dissolve the lyophilized product for one sow with 5 ml water for injection. Within 2 days after weaning, inject into sow's cervical muscle behind ears: 5 ml (PMSG 400IU + hCG 200 IU) per sow. Use only once.
（1）Pregnant sows and sows with polycystic ovaries are prohibited; Prohibitory for sows allergic to gonadotrophin and excipients such as lactose monohydrate and phosphate.
（2）Administration in the early luteal phase or mid-estrus will increase the probability of ovarian cysts.
（3）Do not adjust the dosage arbitrarily, as high dosage does not improve the efficacy of this product.
（4）This product can cause estrus in animals 3 to 6 days after injection.
（5）Avoid injecting this product into subcutaneous fat.
（6）Use immediately after reconstitution.
（7）The user should be careful to avoid self-injection due to misoperation. If this happens, the user should seek medical help and provide the label or package to the doctor. This product as slight irritation to skin, the user should wear gloves to avoid direct contact with skin, if contact should be immediately washed with plenty of water. People who are allergic to gonadotrophin should avoid using this product. Maternity women and women preparing for pregnancy should avoid using this product; wash hands after using this product.
This product belongs to protein hormone and rapid allergic reaction occasionally appears after injection. Intramuscular injection of epinephrine (1:1000) 1~3 ml after the first allergic reaction.
